For example on Page 1 you have a region called Games and a Popup LOV which has a Page Level SQL Query

The Page looks like this

However you have another page, Page 2, which also needs to use the same query as its List of Values. So you could do it the long way:

• Copy the SQL to clipboard

• Visit Shared Shared Components

• Click List of Values

• Click Create

• Paste in the SQL

• Create the List of Values

• Go back to Page 1

• Associate the Popup LOV with the new Shared Components LOV

Or you could do it the quick way:

• Visit Shared Components

• Click List of Values

• Click Locally Defined

  

• Click convert next to the Page Item you wish to convert

  

• Click Convert List of Values

That's it!

If you visit page 1 now, you'll see that the Item has been automatically converted to the newly created Shared Component
