With around 20 years on the job, Matt is one of the most experienced software developers at Pretius. He likes meeting new people, traveling to conferences, and working on different projects.

He’s also a big sports fan (regularly watches Leeds United, Formula 1, and boxing), and not just as a spectator – he often starts his days on a mountain bike, to tune his mind.

You can access SQL Developer Web, when you go to your ORDS URL e.g

https://eu-frankfurt-1.oraclecloudapps.com/ords/sql-developer

Enter your Database Username & Password to sign in

Once connected, you may find you cannot change your Consumer Group & its permanently set to LOW

To enable selection of other Consumer Groups, you must sign out.

Log back in as ADMIN

Now run the following command (changing the <<schema>> to the Schema that you were originally logged in as).

GRANT EXECUTE ON CS_SESSION TO <<schema>>;

You can read more on CS_SESSION here.

Sign Out of ADMIN and log back in as your user.

You'll find you can now change your Consumer Group
