APEX 26.1 Convert Navigation Tooltips to Native Menus

With around 20 years on the job, Matt is one of the most experienced software developers at Pretius. He likes meeting new people, traveling to conferences, and working on different projects.
He’s also a big sports fan (regularly watches Leeds United, Formula 1, and boxing), and not just as a spectator – he often starts his days on a mountain bike, to tune his mind.
When APEX 26.1 was released, I found I was having to wait for a tool tip to appear in the Navigation Menu.
I could click the buttons, however I'd enter the App Builder or SQL Workshop page. This was caused by a phantom click when I would click to open a menu and there was no menu - then I'd wonder why I was landing on the root page.
Ideally, I don't need this enhancement. Ideally I want it like APEX 24.2 where I have to click the menu button and then decide where I want to go. For example.
See above, in APEX 24.2 I decide if I want to go to App Builder or SQL Workshop. If I want to go to a sub page, I click the down arrow and then navigate away.
So long story short, I fixed it for you:
In the above, you can still choose to go to App Builder or SQL Workshop as the first menu entry represents the main menu, otherwise you can navigate directly to the sub menus.
